1. Deposit and Cancellation Policy

At Celestial Beauty and Wellness, I strive to provide the best service while respecting the time and commitment of all clients. To secure your appointment, a £10 deposit is required at the time of booking.

1.1. Notice RequirementCancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

1.2. Late CancellationsIf you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, the £10 deposit will be retained and is non-refundable.

1.3. No-Shows ~ If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, the £10 deposit will also be retained. 

2. Late Arrivals

2.1. If you arrive late to your appointment, the treatment time may be reduced accordingly to avoid inconvenience to the next client.

2.2. If you are more than 30 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and the deposit will be retained.

3. Health and Safety

3.1. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your treatment. This ensures that we can provide a safe and effective service tailored to your needs.

3.2. If you are pregnant, undergoing medical treatment, or have any specific health concerns, it is your responsibility to consult your healthcare provider before booking a treatment.

3.3. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may not be suitable for you due to health or safety concerns.

4. Liability

4.1. Celestial Beauty and Wellness is not liable for any adverse reactions or injuries that may occur during or after the treatment if all relevant health information was not disclosed.

4.2. Personal belongings brought to the premises are your responsibility. We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.

5. Privacy Policy

5.1. Your personal information will be collected, used, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with applicable data protection laws.

5.2. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent unless required by law.

6. Feedback and Complaints

6.1. We welcome feedback to improve our services. Please contact us directly if you have any concerns or complaints.

6.2. Complaints must be made within 72 hours of your treatment date.
