If you're here, something deep within you is calling for more.
Maybe you can't quite name it yet - a quiet pull, a restlessness, a sense that there's something deeper waiting beneath the surface of the life you've been living. Maybe you've been carrying things for a long time. Old wounds, old patterns, old versions of yourself that no longer fit. And somewhere in your body, you know it's time.
I'm Darcia. And I know this feeling intimately, because it's exactly what brought me here too.
How This Work Found Me
In 2022, something shifted in me that I couldn't ignore. I found myself being drawn — deeply, almost magnetically — toward energy, healing, quantum physics, the subconscious mind, Carl Jung, the nature of consciousness itself. Questions I'd always felt quietly were suddenly demanding to be answered.
Then I met my partner Brad, and my heart cracked wide open.
His presence activated something ancient in me. Something I'd never had access to before — or maybe something I'd always known but had never been safe enough to feel. My intuition became louder than it had ever been. I started to see myself more clearly. And I felt, with a certainty I still can't fully put into words, that I was being guided — by spirit, by God, by something far greater than me — to begin this work.
So I did in 2024.
What I do is hard to put into words, if I'm honest. It's more than a foot massage or a head massage — though those are part of it. On a level I feel more than I can explain, I know that this work ripples outward. Every person who comes a little further down into their body, whose heart feels safe enough to open just that little bit more — they carry that with them. They pass it on to everyone they meet. And I believe that's how we heal — not just ourselves, but each other. The collective. Nature, humans, animals, the earth. All of it.
That's why I show up for this. Every single time.
This is what ignites my inner fire.
The Space I Create
When you come to me, there is no agenda. No pressure. No performing.
I create a space that is warm, safe, non-judgmental and entirely yours — where everything moves at the pace your body sets, not mine. I work intuitively, which means no two sessions ever look the same. What you need today may be completely different from what you need next month, and I honour that. I follow what I feel, what I sense, what your body is communicating — and I bring everything I have to meet you exactly where you are.
I work with the subconscious mind — which I understand to live in the body, not the head — through somatic work, bodywork, energy healing, meditation and visualisation. Because I believe this is where the deepest healing happens. Not in talking about our pain, but in gently, safely returning to the body that holds it.
What fills my heart more than anything is witnessing another human begin to soften, to let go, to remember who they are beneath everything that was layered on top of them. It lights something in me that I can't explain — it genuinely moves me to tears sometimes — because I care deeply. About people, about the earth, about all living things. We are all interconnected and when one of us heals, something in all of us heals too.
What I'm Here to Help You With
I'm particularly passionate about working with women who are navigating people pleasing, self-abandonment, a fractured sense of self, complex trauma, insecure attachment, chronic overwhelm, or a body that has never quite felt safe to come home to. Women who are somewhere on their healing journey — whether it's just beginning or already well underway — and who are ready to go deeper.
You don't need to have it figured out to work with me. You just need to be open and willing.

Your sensitivity, your depth, your ability to feel everything so fully — these aren't flaws to be managed. They're the very things this world needs more of. Your connection to nature, your awareness of energy, your capacity to feel deeply — these are gifts. And somewhere underneath everything you've been carrying, you already know that.
When we work together, I'm not here to heal you. I'm here to witness you — to hold a mirror to your own wisdom and walk alongside you as you find your way back to the parts of yourself that got buried. Your shadows and your light. Your grief and your joy. All of it is welcome here.
Every woman who sits with me reminds me of something — that the human spirit is more resilient, more beautiful, more extraordinary than we give it credit for. It's an honour to be part of that.
Your healing journey is as unique as you are, which is why I don't rush the beginning. There's something that happens when two people meet in an honest, open space — you'll feel whether it's right. And if it is, we'll know.
