My name is Darcia, and for the past 9 years, I've been walking alongside humans like you — spiritually aware, deeply feeling souls who are ready to reclaim the parts of themselves that trauma tried to silence. Beings who sense there's profound meaning waiting to unfold, who crave to be truly seen and held in their healing journey.

I know this path because I'm walking it myself.

My own awakening began at 16, when life's deepest pains became my greatest teachers. Through childhood trauma, abusive & unhealthy relationships and Complex PTSD, I learned that our wounds often carry the seeds of our purpose. What started as survival became transformation - and eventually, my calling to guide others home to themselves.

My journey through talk therapy, nervous system healing, movement, somatics, plant medicine, and years of inner work taught me something profound: healing happens in layers, and we need both mind-body approaches and sacred witnessing to integrate fully. This is why I've trained extensively in modalities that honour your whole being:

  • Trauma-Informed Support: Trauma-Informed Facilitating and Coaching to create truly safe containers for your healing

  • Energy Healing: Usui Reiki Level 2 and Ceremonial Energy Healing to work with your energetic body

  • Somatic Approaches: Currently studying Trauma-Informed Somatic Counselling (ISOHH)

  • Sacred Practices: Women's Circles, meditation, sound and crystal healing

  • Grounded Support: Level 2 Counselling Skills for deeper therapeutic understanding

  • Body Wisdom: Reflexology Level 3 to help you reconnect with your physical self
